Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. and Puerto Rico holidays).
- Orders placed after [12:00 PM AST] or on weekends/holidays begin processing on the next business day.
- Pre-orders/back-orders will ship as noted on the product page (see “Pre-Orders & Back-Orders” below).
Where We Ship
We currently ship to all U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and U.S. APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We can deliver to P.O. Boxes when you select a USPS service at checkout.
Carriers & Estimated Transit Times
We primarily ship with USPS. Available options and ETA are shown at checkout and may include:
- USPS Ground Advantage: typically 3–7 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: typically 2–5 business days
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or events beyond our control.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.
- Free U.S./PR standard shipping on orders over $39.99 (after discounts, before tax).
- Any expedited options will be shown at checkout when available.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.
Address Accuracy & Changes
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee edits or cancellations. If you need help, email support@tlovecup.com immediately and include your order number. We are not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly at checkout.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Stolen, or Delayed)
If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package:
- Check with household members/neighbors and around the delivery area, then
- Contact the carrier to open a trace, and
- Email us at support@tlovecup.com with your order number and case/claim details.
While we’ll assist where possible, carrier scans and delivery confirmations prevail. We are not liable for packages after delivery to the address provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@tlovecup.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Undeliverable/Returned Packages
Packages returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, unclaimed mail, or refusal can be re-shipped to a corrected address once we receive the parcel and collect any re-shipping fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error.
Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in more than one package to speed delivery. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Pre-Orders & Back-Orders
Pre-order/back-order items ship on or around the estimated ship date listed on the product page. If your cart includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship items separately; you’ll receive separate tracking emails.
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
During peak periods (e.g., November–January, Mother’s Day), please allow additional processing and transit time. Carriers may suspend delivery guarantees.
